Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotations based on the measurements, photographs, or

drawings you provide.For clients in the George area, we can also conduct a complimentary on-site consultation where required. For projects outside George, a nominal site visit fee may apply if you would like us to visit your property to take measurements and assess the installation requirements. Any applicable fee will be discussed and agreed upon before the visit

Most products are delivered within 5–7 working days after payment has been received, subject to stock availability. Every Invisador Garage Door is custom-manufactured to suit the exact dimensions and specifications of your project. Our typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from confirmation of your order and receipt of the required deposit. Please note that lead times may vary depending on our production schedule and order volume at the time your order is placed. We will confirm the estimated manufacturing and installation timeline with you when your order is processed. Installation dates are scheduled once your order has been confirmed

Our standard payment terms are:

1. 80% deposit to confirm your order

2. Balance payable on completion of installation

Supply-only orders are payable in full before dispatch and your order is shipped to you directly from our warehouse.

Yes. Our panels are DIY-friendly, although professional installation is recommended for the best finish, especially if the panels need to be cut to size.

Our acoustic interior panels are designed for dry indoor areas only. For outdoor applications, we recommend our dedicated exterior cladding products.

Yes. In most cases our systems can be installed over existing walls using the correct subframe where required. We recommend repairing any water damage or dampness before installing your cladding panels. Ensuring the wall is clean, dry, and structurally sound will provide the best installation results and help maximise the lifespan and performance of the cladding system.

No. While the Invisador Garage Door System is ideally suited to new architectural homes, it can also be incorporated into selected renovation and remodelling projects. The feasibility of a retrofit installation depends on your existing garage door setup and the structural configuration of the opening. We'll be happy to assess your current installation and advise whether the Invisador system is suitable for your project.
